I want to fill everyone in on my journey on losing weight. I would love to hear any advice or tips as well. Its so much more easier to learn when more people join in on the action =)

Going back to WW today for a weigh in
Its been forever that i have been able to weigh in and stay for a meeting. Work has not given me a good time when i can go. And i like to go the same time an day every week so its been rough.
Will keep u all posted ;) hope all are doing well xo
