Huge gain

I dont know whats gotten into me but if I dont snap out of it im gonna gain everything back!

Im going to start the simple start plan this week and see how that goes. No tracking, just eating all power foods. Lets hope this works!

Went Back to WW today...


i havent been to Weight Watchers since April..i decided to go back today, and i was up 4lbs since then. im not too mad because it could have been worse than that. 2 weeks ago i was almost up 10lbs, and i was so mad at myself so i got back on track, so at least today it was only 4!

todays meeting was about slip ups, and i definitely am guilty of having slip ups every now and then. i just have to stay motivated, and keep on going no matter what gets in the way.

i am determined to meet my goal and become lifetime by the end of this year. nothing can be in my way anymore! i have to stop being lazy and exercise, track EVERYTHING i write down, and just stay motivated and positive.

yesterday was a wash out for our 4th of july BBQ, so were having it today. i am going to make a WW dessert which is 1 point each.

i hope everyone had a great holiday weekend! im going to try to BLOG more than i have been.

Been way tooooo long...

Its been almost 1 year since I posted on here. Wow am I bad. I wanted to come back so maybe ill have some motivation while blogging.

Ive been on and off and on and off for a while now. I just wanna get to my goal weight already! Ive had alot of moments where I just wasnt feeling it and was not tracking any food at all.

Slowly but surely it will happen. Im determined.

its been way too long...

i really have no excuses..ive been so unmotivated lately and it really sucks. i have gained some lbs back here and there but i cant get past the 30lb mark and its been driving me crazy! 

this morning i woke up and said i have to do this

i started the 30 day squat challenge 2 nights ago. so im hoping this helps ..i woke up today at 7 and walked 3 miles as well. i gotta stick with it and stop being LAZY!!! 

i wanna thank everyone who has been keeping me motivated.

Crazy Weather...

it went from a crazy 2 day snow storm to beautiful sunshine! i am off this entire week so i am trying to take full advantage of getting out there and exercising. 

this morning i am going for a walk with my friend for breakfast. i havent been using my ActiveLink, so i am going to start wearing that again today as well. its a huge help so track all activity, even just working around the house.

Went to lunch today...

I met up with an old friend today for a late breakfast/lunch. He wanted to go to IHop and i immediately knew this was gonna be bad. I looked at my etools and picked something i knew i would not regret.

For 9 points, i had yogurt and mixed fruit and granola. It was really good and satisfying.

There was no way i was eating more than 10 points for no reason! But im happy i looked before i just ordered something because i would have been mad at myself later.

Good decisions!
