LOVE THESE!!!

one of my favorite snacks are waffle cookies! i just had to have them today. 4 pts for 6 cookies. Its worth it.

I had baja fresh for lunch. An americano taco with chicken is 6 pts and a side salad is 3..i was in the mood for mexican, so i had it!

I have a fundraiser tonight so i plan on digging into those 49 extra points and having a few drinks.

ita an oatmeal kinda day...

Freezing is not even the word for this crazy winter we are having. i cant take it anymore. I do have to say my yoga class was empty on tuesday night so that made me feel good that i went and didnt let the weather get the best of me.

Oatmeal was the best choice for todays breakfast. Its easy for me to bring to work and kept me warm. I had grapes and a banana as well.

And the verdict is..

I lost another pound! That puts me at 27LBS down! Im so excited that im eating a mini personal veggie pizza LOL

i didnt really have breakfast because i didnt wanna eat too much before i weighed in.

I will attend a meeting on my day off this week :)

longest weekend EVER!

i really hate working weekends. it just makes me so exhausted! but i do have to say, this morning i weighed myself at home and i am the LOWEST i have been since i started WW. unfortunately i didnt get to go weigh in because i had to be at work, but i am going to go tomorrow straight from work. hopefully ill still be the same. 

this weekend has been crazy! but i am sticking with the program, and really seeing results. 

i will check back in tomorrow and let you all know how i did ......

Breakfast at the Diner

I think i did pretty well today...

I forgot to pack food for work so i went to the diner on my break.

I had 2 eggs over easy - 4 pts
Whole wheat toast - 4 pts
3 slices of canadian bacon - 3 pts

And NO HOMEFRIES!

Thats always my biggest downfall with breakfast but i said no!

It was a big breakfast but i was full all day.

cravings..

I woke up craving french toast. so i went to the kitchen and made it the best way that i can.

2 slices of low calorie bread - 2 pts
1/4 cup egg whites - 0 pts
Cinnamon - 0 pts
Vanilla extract - 0 pts
3 turkey sausage breakfast links -3 pts

On the side i also had an orange. But they are oranges that are pink in the middle which was pretty cool. My mom found them at trader joes. (Our favorite place)

I figured if i had the right ingredients to make it, why not?!?

obsessed with the scale...

when i say scale i mean food scale! i use it at least 2 times a day. Its become a part of my life and id be lost without it.

I had a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch and the ham was 1 point for 2oz...which is about 3 slices! Its amazing how much food you get while weighing it.

Yogurt and special k chips were my snack today :)

Oh and im heading back to yoga tonight!! Im excited to get back :) its so much fun and a great work out.

sticking with it...

hey all!

today was an early day at work for me. i forgot to pack my breakfast for work last night so i went to work with no food. bad, but it was ok. co-workers asked if i wanted to order food and at first i was ready and writing down what i wanted .. then thought about it and added up the points and said HELL NOOOO!! half of my day would have been gone with just breakfast and i needed to be strong..

i went to dunkin donuts instead and saved myself ALOT of points.

today is my godsons birthday so i am taking him to Chuck E Cheese with his mom. i wanted to make sure i had enough points because we all know the food there is not going to be that healthy.

i am proud of my decision of not ordering food today!

Weigh in day...

And im down another 1.4lbs! This finally put me past 25lbs and made me hit 26lbs lost :) its such a good feeling to see results after knowing your doing what your supposed to.

I even went out last night, and while everyone was drinking, i drank water. People wondered why, and my answer was i have to weigh in tomorrow.

Im doing this for me and thats all that matters.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

hey everyone!

i hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! & that the new year is treating everyone good so far.

i have been doing well. i went back to WW after a while. i have been slacking. im still at the 25LB mark, but at least i have kept it all off, which is such a great feeling.

its been hard for me to go to the meetings with my schedule. i never have the same schedule weekly, so i was never going to meetings. for the new year i have decided that this is it for me and i am losing the rest of what i want to lose.

i weighed in on monday, and went to a meeting on thursday.

im going to blog hopefully a few times during the week from now on.
